It must be secured with a weighted base (SOLD SEPARATELY, SEARCH "B0DLMBJ4C4" OR "B09NBQ2WKT" FOR WEIGHT BASE) or other weights (sandbags or bricks). In order to keep the umbrella in pristine condition, we recommend closing the canopy when windy.

30-day returns.
If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and LINGERWOOD will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
