Before you ask about a piece
The question we can help with most is "will it fit?" — it is also the most common reason something comes back. If you send these four numbers we can tell you straight away:
- The wall or floor space the piece is going into
- The doorway width and height
- The narrowest point on the way in — a hallway, a gate, a turn on the stairs
- Whether there are steps, and how many
Other things we can help with
- Where is my order? — have your order number ready
- Returns — 30 days, and we send the label
- Delivery time — usually 2–7 business days. Bulky furniture goes by freight and takes longer; a few items ship from an overseas warehouse and we will tell you the date
- Is this in stock? — if the page lets you add it to the cart, it is
