- Instructions for Use: Once the fire torch is lit, smoke will appear first. Wait until an open flame has formed before placing the glass tube inside to prevent the glass from turning black.

Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and LINGERWOOD will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
