Return policy
30-day returns.
If it's not right for the room, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and LINGERWOOD will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.

Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo and LINGERWOOD replaces or refunds immediately, return shipping on us, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
